Added additional golden oak upper and lower cabinets with under cabinet lighting. Installed new quartz countertops and customer supplied wine rack. Added backsplash with outlets above new lower cabinets. Built and installed two custom floating shelves. Reused sink per customer request.
1910 Shawnee Kitchen Remodel
1910 House. Before: No insulation with knob and tube wiring. Cracking plaster ceiling with small ceiling fan. Limited lighting. After: All new wiring from breaker panel. R13 insulation on exterior walls. Added multiple LED can lights and under cabinet lighting. Custom cabinets while reusing original farmhouse sink per customer request. New luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Lenexa Kitchen Remodel
Scraped popcorn ceiling texture and then patched/painted back smooth. Removed soffits that we could and installed all new kitchen cabinets. In-wall pantry was installed with adjustable height drawers custom made by us. Installed floating shelving above sink. Quartz countertops. Built half-wall between kitchen and living room and installed outlets above new island top.
