21' x 17' Deck
Removed rotten pressure treated deck. Mudjacked concrete patio underneath to keep water away from foundation. Installed six helical piers to support new deck. Installed pressure treated framing with Timbertech composite decking in Dark Roast and Antique Leather colors. Cobblestone stamped and dyed concrete patio connecting deck to garage door. Cedar gazebo with dedicated 20 amp electrical ran to it. Installed outdoor rated TV and ceiling fan. Two built in benches on top of the deck.
13' x 14' Deck
Installed new deck with Deckorators Venture Saltwater composite decking, Westbury Tuscany textured white powder coated aluminum railings and pressure treated framing. Installed three new helical piers. Aluminum gate for keeping pets in.

Added lower level deck to walk out basement. New concrete piers with new 6x6 posts. Pressure treated everything.
