Olathe Basement Finish
Client had a water pipe burst during the winter and their previously finished basement had to be torn down to the studs due to water damage. We came in and refinished the basement and during the process had to rebuild the sliding door header that was completely rotten.
Merriam Basement Finishing
Custom cabinets, new stud walls with R13 insulation and custom boxes hiding plumbing for possible future wet bar and sump pump discharge line. Deleted upper wall niche per customer request. Ran dedicated wiring to sump pump.
