Removed existing jacuzzi tub and replaced with low profile shower pan. Installed new tile to cover the difference with tile chosen by customer.
1915 Overland Park Bathroom Remodel
Complete remodel of this 1915 house in Overland Park. When the bathroom was taken down to the studs, we found no level or plumb walls and also a cracked cast iron plumbing stack. The plumbing stack that was cracked was replaced with PVC. We leveled the floor joists and installed new subfloor. We also installed new LVT flooring, porcelain coated steel shower pan, shower wall panels, vanity, LED recessed lighting, and vanity light. Reused toilet and shower door per customer request.
